At Thiseio, a historic district in the center of Athens, northwest of the Parthenon, a Neoclassical and therefore listed two-storey building, was renovated, and merged with two other adjacent existing buildings of lesser historical value, into a luxurious residence with an independent guesthouse. 

The focus of the design concept was an aesthetic reference to the neoclassical era, combined with a clear modern functionality.
