AETER Arcitects has been awarded by “Jermyn Street Real Estate Fund IV LP” the Commissioned Architects for Urban Planning / Architect Consultancy Services in relation to the redevelopment of the Astir Palace Hotel in Vouliagmeni. The overall project concerns the Hotels Arion and Nafsika Astir Palace redevelopment and upgrading, the development of an adjacent parcel of land and the expansion and upgrading of Vouliagmeni Marina at Vouliagmeni, Athens, Greece.
