LEGAL ARCHITECTURAL SUPERVISION.
ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN BY ARCHITECTURE STUDIO, PARIS
The building is a multifunctional cultural centre belonging to the Onassis Foundation. The land plot has an area of 3,000 m² and is surrounded by streets.
The total building area is 25,000 m². The main architectural feature is the large egg shaped concert hall (850 seats) designed to host theatrical plays but also opera, concerts, dance, cinema and congress events. A second theatre of 220 seats is designed for smaller events. An exhibition hall of 700m² is provided. Furthermore, the building includes a media library, a recording studio, roof an open air theatre (200 seats) and a restaurant. In the basements there are 210 parking spaces for visitors.
The Architectural design was elaborated by ‘Architecture Studio’ in Paris. We have acted as consultants to the client as legal supervisors carrying out building permit drawings and documents.
